Job description

CTG is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst VI to support a large-scale banking transformation initiative focused on implementation and enhancement of AFSVision within a commercial servicing environment. This role will partner with business and technology teams to document requirements, support testing activities, and help drive successful enterprise-wide system transformation efforts.
Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 6 months, with possibility for extension
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and future-state process flows.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Support implementation activities for AFSVision and related commercial servicing platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, developers, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in data mapping, system integration, and migration activities.
  • Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution activities.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate technology standards, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and project team members.

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of combined business analysis, systems analysis, operational, or systems development experience.
  • Experience with commercial servicing operations and/or platforms such as AFSVision, LoanIQ, or Fiserv.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, system implementations, or migration projects.
  • Strong experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and testing documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior AFSVision implementation experience.
  • Banking servicing and operations domain expertise.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Experience working within regulatory and compliance-focused environments.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
