Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Project Manager - Hybrid position with a Global Agricultural and Food Corporation located in Wayzata, MN. This is a 10+ month contract opportunity.
Compensation: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour, W2, based on experience and qualifications
Position Overview:
This role involves managing Agile execution cells and overseeing the migration of workloads to the Cloud. The ideal candidate will be experienced in producing and managing integrated plans across multiple partners and stakeholders, ensuring a rigorous cadence on execution. This position requires strong communication and complex problem-solving skills within a complex stakeholder environment.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage Agile execution cells
  • Produce and manage integrated plans across multiple partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure rigor and cadence on execution
  • Solve complex problems and manage complex stakeholder environment

Core Requirements:
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience (typically 5+ years of relevant experience)
  • Skilled in managing Agile execution cells
  • Experience producing and managing integrated plans
  • Strong communication and complex problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, 2-3 days onsite


Desired Skills:

  • Experience managing workload migrations to the Cloud
