Job Description :The Agile Project Manager will lead and facilitate projects using Agile methodologies, focusing on iterative development, collaboration, and continuous improvement. They ensure projects stay on track, manage scope, and maintain communication with stakeholders while adapting to changes.

 Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:Defining project scope, setting goals, and creating plans, roadmaps, and backlogs.
Team Leadership and Facilitation: Guiding and motivating Agile teams, fostering collaboration, and removing impediments to progress.
Stakeholder Management:Maintaining open communication with stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on project deliverables.
 

Risk Management:
 
Budget and Resource Management: Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking project progress, analyzing metrics, and reporting on project status to stakeholders.
Agile Methodology Adherence: Ensuring the team follows Agile principles and practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Continuous Improvement: Facilitating retrospectives and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
