Description du posteLe ou la titulaire du poste contribut à la prévention, à l’entretien physique et technique et à la sécurité des installations et des bâtiments de l’Auberge Saint-Antoine et des Restaurants . Il effectue des travaux de réparations mineures d’entretien d’immeubles et d’équipements de tout genre.
Tâches et responsabilités:
- Règle les systèmes de chauffage, de refroidissement, de ventilation, de plomberie ainsi que le système électrique, et y fait des réparations mineures;
- Exécute d'autres travaux d'entretien et de réparation tels que la peinture, plomberie, électricité, céramique, informatique, matériel audio-visuel, etc.;
- Lorsque nécessaire, enlève la neige et la glace sur les toits de l’Auberge Saint-Antoine et du restaurant Coteau;
- Effectue des réparations mineures, au besoin (remplacement des ampoules et des fusibles, réparation des fuites, etc.);
- Effectue des travaux d’entretien et de réparation des bâtisses et équipements;
- Participe activement aux travaux de rénovations annuels des chambres;
- Répond aux différentes demandes des clients lorsque nécessaire (problèmes dans la chambre, problèmes Internet, etc.);
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.
- Motivation ; capacité d’apprentissage ; sérieux ;
- De l’expérience dans un poste similaire est un atout ;
- Connaissance élargie en peinture, plomberie et électricité, ventilation, climatisation, informatique et systèmes de contrôle et mécanique est un atout ;
- DEC en mécanique du bâtiment ou DEP en entretien d’immeuble est un atout ;
- Posséder un permis de conduire classe 5.
