Quels seront vos responsabilites chez LKQ?
- Responsable de collecter les paiements de facon hebdomadaire selon le portefeuille de clients;
- Autoriser / debloquer les commandes en suspend du a une limite de credit insuffisante.
- Analyser et reconcilier les comptes a recevoir et les credits au compte, si necessaire;
- Initialiser des presentations financieres mensuelles avec l'equipe, concernant les portefeuilles gerer au cour du mois;
- Mettre a jour les fichiers clients (modifications des adresses, telephone, etc.);
- Participer l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes clients;
- Repondre aux appels entrants de clients (besoin d'une copie de facture, explication du compte, paiement par carte de credit).
Que faut-il pour travailler chez LKQ?
- Avoir au moins 2-5 ans d'experience pertinente en collection.
- Etre bilingue Francais et Anglais (tant a l'oral, qu'a l'ecrit).
- Aptitude elevee en service a la clientele, negociations et presentation orale;
- Aisance avec les ordinateurs (Microsoft Office).
- Sens demarque pour l'organisation, maitrise des taches detailles, avec une confiance a parler aux clients directement
