    About the Role:
    • Logistics Project Manager coordinating PO-to-delivery across procurement, external vendors, and logistics operations for the Robotics Program. 5+ years' experience in global logistics or operations management.
    • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management; Demonstrated experience managing purchase orders and/or procurement workflows end-to-end; Experience in hardware, robotics, or manufacturing logistics environments; Experience with customs/import-export processes for hardware components.

    Job Title:Logistics Associate III
    Key Responsibilities:
    • End-to-End PO Management: Own and track purchase orders from creation through delivery, ensuring on-time performance and proactively escalating risks or delays.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between Procurement, vendors, and Logistics Operations to ensure seamless handoffs and clear communication at every stage.
    • Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance against delivery commitments, flag issues early, and drive resolution to maintain material flow.
    • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the PO-to-delivery pipeline and implement improvements that accelerate material movement and reduce cycle times.
    • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead logistics-related projects that support Robotics organization priorities - including new supplier onboarding, warehouse/routing optimization, and scaling logistics for new programs.
    • Reporting & Visibility: Maintain accurate tracking dashboards and provide regular status updates to stakeholders on PO health, delivery timelines, and project milestones.
    • Risk Mitigation: Anticipate supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to protect delivery schedules.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated experience managing purchase orders and/or procurement workflows end-to-end
    • Experience in hardware, robotics, or manufacturing logistics environments
    • Experience with customs/import-export processes for hardware components
    • Reporting and communication skills

    Desired Qualifications:
    • Dangerous goods experience
    • Exp w/ Asia to US supply chain

    Location: Sunnyvale, CA
    Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $112,489- $162,489 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
