    Job description

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities 

    • Responsible for EMO Cleaning Machine operator. 

    • Operate the EMO Cleaning Machine in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.  

    • Perform routine equipment operation and basic maintenance.  

    • Follow all company policies, safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.  

    • Maintain product quality and productivity while ensuring a safe working environment.  

    • Work collaboratively with team members and support continuous improvement activities. 

    Education & Experience 

    • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; prior manufacturing experience is not required. 

    • Minimum education: Associate degree or higher. 

    • Experience in semiconductor or display manufacturing is preferred. 

    • Experience in equipment operation and maintenance or in a manufacturing environment is preferred. 

    • Candidates with an educational background or knowledge in mechanical engineering, pneumatics, electrical engineering, electronics, or related fields are preferred. 

    • Experience in laser testing, assembly, equipment maintenance, or other manufacturing operations is preferred. 

    Skills 

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. 

    • Basic English reading skills are required. 

    • Strong teamwork and communication skills. 

    • Willingness to learn and follow established procedures. 

    • Good attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. 

    Working Conditions 

    • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM), 40 hours per week. 

    • Overtime work may be required and will be compensated in accordance with Korean labor laws. 

    • Meal allowance provided. 

    • Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment. 

    • Company dormitory is available, or employees may commute by personal vehicle. 

    • Work location: Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

    • Medical Check-up required
