What You’ll Do as a Front of House or Back of House Team Member:

  • Welcome guests with a smile and enthusiastic communication
  • Create emotional connections and provide exceptional service
  • Maintain eye contact and positive interactions with customers
  • Multitask efficiently while staying thorough and dependable
  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Support team members and uphold Chick-fil-A’s values and vision
  • Adhere to dress code and restaurant policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment
