  • Drive profitability through effective inventory management, waste reduction, and strong food cost control
  • Assist key kitchen systems including truck ordering, inventory, prep planning, and shift execution
  • Partner with FOH leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience from kitchen to service
  • What success looks like: Within your first 60-90 days, you have built credibility with the team and are confidently leading shifts and key kitchen systems
  • What success looks like: You are actively developing at least 1-2 emerging leaders, contributing to both team growth and overall restaurant performance

Background Profile
  • 2+ years of restaurant leadership or management experience
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including food safety, quality, and execution
  • Hands-on kitchen experience required
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
  • Demonstrates a high level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Experience in high-volume or structured environments (Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Panera, etc.) (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Experience managing inventory, food cost, and kitchen systems (preferred)
  • Background in training and developing leaders (preferred)
