We are seeking a mission-driven Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a part-time role, designed to strengthen care delivery across our centers.The primary focus of this role is to improve same-day access, support high-risk patient stabilization, reduce avoidable acute careutilization, and provide operational support during periods of provider capacity strain.This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving access,continuityand the overall patient experience.

The Flex NP is intended to support high-impact clinical access and stabilization needs. Routine longitudinal panel management responsibilitiesremainwithprimaryPCP team. Clinicians in this role are expected to exercise a high degree of clinical judgment and autonomy while collaborating closely with market leadership and care teams.

As a Flex NP, you will serve as a trusted clinical partner across care teams helping ensure that every patient receivestimely,high qualitycare. You will step into established care teams to support patient needs,maintaincontinuity ofcareand enhance the effectiveness of our primary care providers, without the responsibility of managing your own patient panel. You will be an essential part of delivering on our promise to provide more good days for both patients and care teams.

This is unique opportunity to practice medicine in a way that is highly relational, team oriented and focused on impact, whilebenefitingfrom a more flexible schedule Primarily assigned to the West Philadelphia hub with periodic travel to regional centers as operational needs arise

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSAND ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrated record of consistently achieving clinical performance metrics in current role

  • Time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure

  • Must be caring and empathetic and have great listening skills

  • Must be detail-oriented, and able to pay close attention to patient charts, medications, and follow-up on details of patient care

  • Basic computer skills and some knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Flexible to work evening, weekends and/or holidays as needed

  • Primarily assigned to the West Philadelphia hub with periodic travel to regional centers as operational needs arise

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

  • ARNP or similar advanced degree in Nursingrequired

  • Current Nurse Practitioner Certification in the State of practicerequired

  • Board certification by AANP or ANCC is preferred but may berequiredfor certain States

  • Current DEA number from the DEA for schedule II-V controlled substances may berequiredbased on State of practice

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner required practicing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics, including past level of autonomy to make independent care decisions

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Crossrequiredw/in first90 daysof employment

    PAY RANGE:

    $111,140 - $158,771 Salary

    The posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.
