    Responsible for inspection, installation and repair of machines used for production and within the tool room andmaintenancemachining areas. In addition, build and re-build equipment for various manufacturing needs.

    What You'll Do:

    Responsible for inspection, installation and repair of machines used for production and within the tool room andmaintenancemachining areas. In addition, build and re-build equipment for various manufacturing needs.

    When and Where:

    This will be a Y Shift / 5 AM - 5 PM F-Sun position located at our Plant in Pontiac, MI.

    Occasionally, this may require you to arrive early, stay late, or work on weekends, outside of our regular hours, to ensure we successfully meet customer needs, deadlines, or urgent requests.

    What You Need to Have:

    • High School diploma or GEDrequired
    • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to safely and effectively perform job duties, including following work instructions, safety procedures, and company communications.
    • Minimum5years of Machine Repair experiencerequired
    • Minimum of10years of Machine Repair experience preferred
    • Robotics training preferred
    • Press specific training preferred
    • Journeyman card or Machine Repair Journeyman Apprenticeship Completion or equal education/contact hourspreferred
    • Strong communicationskills
    • Strong time management skills
    • Able to prioritize tasks
    • Valid forklift license issued by Challenge Manufacturing
    • Valid Scissor Lift license issued by Challenge Manufacturing
