Serve as the Trusted Construction OnSite Representative — Driving Accountability, Alignment, and Construction Excellence

Are you energized by active construction environments where strong field presence, sound judgment, and clear communication keep projects moving forward? Do you take pride in staying ahead of challenges—supporting coordination in real time while ensuring work is executed accurately and efficiently?

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Construction OnSite Representative to join our PMCM Team in Albany, NY. In this role, you will serve as the owner’s dedicated field liaison—overseeing daily site activities, fostering collaboration across stakeholders, and confirming construction progress aligns with project plans, schedules, and contractual expectations. This opportunity places you at the center of project delivery, partnering with project managers, design teams, contractors, and clients to uphold safety, quality, and successful outcomes.

Work locations will include the greater Albany and Hudson Valley regions.

    • Serve as the client’s primary onsite representative, providing daytoday field oversight and coordination of construction activities
    • Manage and coordinate daily work of general contractors and ownerretained contractors to maintain progress and schedule alignment
    • Monitor construction quality, safety, and compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents
    • Maintain continuous communication with owners, project managers, contractors, and design teams to resolve issues and anticipate risks
    • Organize and maintain job sites, field offices, schedules, and comprehensive project documentation
    • Prepare clear, detailed daily reports capturing progress, site conditions, staffing, inspections, and photo documentation
    • Support punch list execution, corrective work oversight, and project closeout activities

    • High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
    • Minimum of 7 years of construction site management experience required
    • OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
    • Advanced knowledge of public and private construction procurement and processes, construction industry laws, regulations, and best practices
    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and contract documents
    • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with detailed reported experience required
    • Proven ability to work independently in a fastpaced field environment
    • Excellent communication, problemsolving, and relationshipbuilding skills across diverse stakeholders including owners, architects, and general contractors
    • Ability to travel locally as needed

    • Play a key role in construction projects that shape communities and deliver meaningful results for our clients
    • Be at the center of the action in a fast-paced field environment where your decisions, awareness, and attention to detail truly matter
    • Partner with a driven PMCM team that thrives on collaboration, takes ownership, and champions strong client representation
