    • Document field observations, measurements, and computations to determine acceptability of completed work and support progress payment verification
    • Identify nonconforming work, evaluate proposed corrective measures, and recommend acceptance or rejection
    • Coordinate daily with owners, contractors, and local authorities; serve as the primary onsite contact for constructionrelated issues
    • Prepare clear daily reports, maintain accurate project records, and support QA testing, surveys, and constructability reviews
    • Lead project meetings, guide administrative documentation, and mentor entrylevel inspectors to support successful project delivery

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Engineering Science, Construction Management, or related technical field preferred
    • Minimum of 7 years of related construction observation experience required
    • Strong understanding of construction techniques, contract documents, and industry standards with the ability to interpret client contracts
    • Ability to work independently on complex projects as well as collaboratively within a team; willingness to guide entry level staff
    • Excellent communication skills and strong mathematics skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Valid driver’s license required; extensive travel may be required

    • Help deliver water and wastewater infrastructure that protects public health and supports reliable service for communities
    • Work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to quality construction, technical excellence, and meaningful infrastructure improvements
