    • Drive business development through new client acquisition, expansion of existing client relationships, proposal leadership, networking, and market development initiatives.
    • Contribute to practice growth through methodology development, thought leadership, internal training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Mentor and develop professionals across all levels while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

    What you must have:
    • 14+ years of experience in public accounting, accounting advisory, consulting, and/or corporate accounting/finance.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC).

    What sets you apart:

    • Experience leading significant client portfolios, business units, industry verticals, or service lines, including responsibility for engagement quality, client satisfaction, revenue growth, and strategic planning.
    • Demonstrated success originating new business, expanding existing client relationships, developing referral networks, and contributing to practice growth through thought leadership, networking, speaking engagements, or market development.
    • Experience developing senior leaders, building high-performing teams, and contributing to recruiting, succession planning, performance management, and organizational growth initiatives.
