Job description

Key Holder — Favorite Daughter

Come work where your closet dreams live.

Favorite Daughter is the casually cool collection of wardrobe must-haves from sisters Sara and Erin
Foster — the pieces people reach for again and again. Now we’re looking for the person who helps our
customers fall in love with them and helps keep the store running like a dream. If you light up a room,
know good style when you see it, and love both selling and stepping up as a leader, keep reading.

Why You’ll Love It Here

This isn’t just folding sweaters and ringing up sales. As a Key Holder, you’re a trusted right hand to the
management team — one of the people who opens the doors in the morning and locks up at night. You’ll
be the heart of the store, building real relationships, curating looks people rave about, and setting the tone
for the whole team. Bring your energy and your eye for style; we’ll give you room to grow.

A Day in Your World
• Open and close the store, handling keys, alarms, and cash-handling procedures with care
• Act as manager-on-duty — running the sales floor, motivating the team, and driving sales whether
the Store Manager is on-site or not
• Set the pace for the team, modeling great selling and service every shift
• Set your sights on your sales goals — and blow past them
• Connect with every customer: read what they need, share what you know, and make them feel taken
care of
• Build a clientele that’s yours — the regulars who text you when something new drops
• Keep your follow-up game strong so your book keeps growing
• Bring the collection to life through visual merchandising — styling displays, refreshing mannequins,
and keeping the floor set to brand standards
• Handle the operational essentials: floor changeovers, product transfers, restocking, and daily stock
maintenance
• Keep the store polished and inviting — cleaning, tidying, and floor maintenance so every corner
looks its best
• Rally with your team to hit store goals and keep the energy high
• Own Loss Prevention on your shifts — smart, consistent, and by the book
• Show up polished and on-brand, because you are the brand

You Might Be Our Favorite If You Have
• 4+ years making sales and building clientele at an elevated contemporary brand, with some key
holder or leadership experience
• Proven clienteling experience, preferably with an established client book — experience with Endear
is a huge plus
• Confidence handling opening/closing duties, cash management, and store keys
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A team-first heart and a customer-first instinct
• Deep love and knowledge of the product
• An eye for visual merchandising and keeping a space looking its best
• Flexibility for a retail rhythm — evenings, weekends, and holidays
• The strength to lift up to 50 lbs of gorgeous merchandise
• Comfort with POS and the basics of Microsoft Office

The Good Stuff
• $23–$26/hour, plus commission that rewards your hustle
• Flexible scheduling — full-time or part-time, your call
• An employee discount you’ll actually use, and a real path to grow with us
Go ahead — come find your favorite.
