Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare all Sushi menu items where the daily focus is to learnand perfect technique, speed and consistency
Follow recipe and the portion control guidelines set by therestaurant
Set up station with appropriate par levels for the shift andfollow sanitary food handling procedures
Organize, sanitize, and clean the prep area
Safely handle and operate food service equipment
