    Compensation:

    $15.16 - $15.50 hourly


    Responsibilities:
    • Greet guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel welcomed from the moment they step into the lobby.
    • Maintain a clean and inviting lobby area, ensuring all spaces are tidy and presentable at all times.
    • Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
    • Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out experiences.
    • Monitor lobby traffic and manage guest flow to ensure a comfortable and efficient environment.
    • Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention.
    • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any immediate issues in the lobby area promptly and efficiently.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and warmly with guests and team members.
    • Proven track record of maintaining cleanliness and organization in public spaces.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries and requests promptly.
    • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
    • Familiarity with local attractions and hotel amenities to assist guests effectively.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet guest needs.
