    Join Our Team as an OB-GYN

    Our organization, located in the picturesque Cape Cod, Massachusetts, is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB-GYN to become part of our collaborative team, which includes 9 physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 5 Certified Nurse Midwives. We offer flexible practice models, including a traditional OB/GYN setup, a Laborist Model, or a combination of both. Deliveries and surgical procedures are conducted at Cape Cod Hospital, where our busy outpatient practice provides a comprehensive array of gynecological and obstetric services. With a well-structured call schedule, gynecological backup, and a focus on both provider and patient satisfaction, this opportunity is designed to fulfill your professional and personal aspirations.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Participate in a balanced call schedule with gynecological support.
    • Engage in deliveries and surgeries at Cape Cod Hospital.
    • Collaborate with a dedicated team of obstetricians, midwives, and maternity nurses.
    • Provide care in partnership with Boston hospitals for specialized high-risk pregnancies and neonatal intensive care.
    • Work alongside pediatric hospitalists available around the clock.
    Laborist Role Details

    The Laborist position entails working 14 shifts per month, alternating between 7-day and 7-night shifts in coordination with our current Laborist. In-house call coverage is from 7 PM to 7 AM and 7 AM to 7 PM, ensuring comprehensive support with 24-hour coverage from Certified Nurse Midwives.
