Overview
Endodontist - Associate with Partnership Path
Location: Topeka, Kansas
Practice: O’Neal Endodontics
Employment Type: Full-time
Continue a trusted legacy at O’Neal Endodontics in Topeka, Kansas: an established endodontic practice with a strong referral base, and a partner doctor retiring in 2028 who’s invested in mentoring the next clinical leader. With Specialized Dental Partners (SDP) handling the operational lift, you can focus on high-quality outcomes, building relationships, and becoming the specialist this community relies on—today, and for the next chapter ahead.
You get the best of both worlds: true clinical autonomy and a real succession runway—without the administrative drag. SDP provides the infrastructure (people, systems, and support) so your time stays centered on patients, referring doctors, and exceptional endodontic care.
In addition, this role is eligible for Specialized Dental Partners’ Loan Relief Program, which is designed to provide meaningful debt relief to doctors serving select high-need markets. After applying, you will receive a follow-up email with additional details about the program, along with a short eligibility form. SDP is a specialty-focused dental support organization that provides the operational infrastructure so doctors can stay focused on patients, outcomes, and the referral experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive endodontic care, including diagnosis and treatment planning
- Perform root canal therapy and related endodontic procedures to a high clinical standard
- Communicate effectively with referring providers and patients
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support efficient patient flow
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Certificate in Endodontics from
- An accredited residency program
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Endodontics
- Eligible for licensure in Kansas
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
