    We are seeking a Mulesoft developer who is passionate about delivering exceptional software experiences. As part of the MuleSoft Development team, this individual will design and build features that improve our integration experience, owning services end-to-end and collaborating closely with product managers and designers to create intuitive, impactful solutions.
    This person will simplify complex problems into scalable designs, uphold engineering best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Operating in a fast-paced Agile environment, they will consistently deliver high-quality, production-ready code and embrace continuous delivery. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, driven to solve real problems, eager to learn, and committed to mentoring and excellence-striving for perfection while knowing when to ship.
    Responsibilities:
    • Design, implement, and maintain API-led integrations using Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform.
    • Develop system, process, and experience APIs supporting digital banking workflows and real-time data exchange.
    • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations that support sensitive financial data and regulatory requirements.
    • Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Mulesoft deployments and automated testing.
    • Troubleshoot integration issues across environments and work cross-functionally to resolve root causes.
    • Document integration flows, specifications, mappings, and operational procedures.
    • Support production deployments and ensure API performance, availability, and monitoring.

    Qualifications & Experiences:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience developing integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
    • Deep understanding of API-led architecture, REST, SOAP, RAML, and JSON/XML.
    • Experience integrating with banking cores, payment rails, SaaS products, or other fintech systems (highly preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and unit testing frameworks such as MUnit.
    • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Distinctions:
    • Mulesoft Developer or Architect Certifications.
    • Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth B2B environments.
    • Background working in secure, regulated environments (e.g., PCI, SOC2).
    • Experience with microservices, Kafka, or event-driven architectures.
    • Multilingual capabilities or experience with global financial systems.
