  • Partner with Cybersecurity, Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, and regional IT stakeholders to align network services with business priorities, security requirements, and future-state architecture.
  • Establish governance, service metrics, escalation paths, and operational standards that improve reliability, responsiveness, and accountability.
  • Own the network infrastructure operating and capital budgets, and manage key vendor, telecom, hardware, and managed service relationships.
  • Provide leadership during major incidents, critical escalations, and significant infrastructure transitions or cutovers.

Mimimum Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise networking and infrastructure leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience leading managers or senior technical teams in a global, multi-site environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is an asset.
  • Bilingual - French-English.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise networking, including routing, switching, wireless, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, datacenter networking, and next-generation firewalls.
  • Strong experience with hybrid cloud networking and integration across on-premises environments, AWS, and Azure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of network security architecture, segmentation, compliance controls, and audit-ready operational practices.
  • Proven track record leading modernization, lifecycle management, automation, and operational improvement initiatives in mission-critical environments.
  • Experience working with managed services providers and strategic technology vendors in a complex enterprise setting.
  • Strong executive communication, financial management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or equivalent are considered an asset.
