Temporary Part-Time Leasing Professional
Veranda at The Ridge | Chattanooga, TN

Looking for a temporary opportunity with a great team? Brookside Properties is hiring a Temporary Part-Time Leasing Professional at Veranda at The Ridge! If you enjoy working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and helping others find their next home, we'd love to meet you.

What We Offer

What We're Looking For

  • Customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience (leasing experience is a plus)

What You'll Do

  • Welcome prospective residents and conduct community tours
  • Assist with leasing applications, paperwork, and resident files
  • Follow up with prospects and help maintain occupancy
  • Market the community and maintain the leasing office and model
  • Provide excellent service to current and future residents
