What You'll Do

  • Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service

  • Maintain accurate resident and leasing records
  • Ensure model apartments and vacant homes are ready to show
  • Build relationships with local employers and businesses to generate new leads

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Social media and marketing experience is a plus
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Ability to walk the community, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds
