Brookside Properties is seeking a motivated and energetic Floating Leasing Professional to support apartment communities throughout the Indianapolis market. This role is ideal for a leasing professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves helping people find their next home.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel between Indianapolis-area apartment communities as needed
  • Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging apartment tours
  • Convert leads into signed leases and move-ins
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents
  • Maintain accurate leasing records, traffic logs, and CRM updates
  • Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
  • Support community marketing, outreach, and social media initiatives
  • Help maintain model apartments and strong community curb appeal

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required
  • Previous multifamily leasing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different communities and teams
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Indianapolis area
  • Ability to work Saturdays as part of the leasing schedule
  • Entrata experience is a plus
