What You'll Do
  • Complete service requests in a timely, professional manner
  • Prepare apartment homes for new residents
  • Maintain the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other building systems
  • Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation
  • Maintain maintenance supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience required
  • HVAC experience required
  • EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
  • CPO certification and pool maintenance experience are a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
