Are you a Paraprofessional (Para) looking for a rewarding new opportunity? Your experience working with students has already given you many of the skills needed to succeed as a Behavior Technician (BT).

If you've supported students with behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs, you're already familiar with building relationships, encouraging independence, and helping children reach their goals. We provide the training and support to help you transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

What You'll Do

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings.

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

  • Partner with families and your clinical team to celebrate meaningful progress.
