UP TO A $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! – HVAC Service Technician
Flexible, Full-Time Schedule | Palm Coast, FL Area | Arctic Breeze

Full-Time | Palm Coast, FL area | Arctic Breeze

Arctic Breeze is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise and customer engagement. This is not just a “fix-it” role - we’re seeking a turnover / opportunity technician who can diagnose systems accurately, educate homeowners confidently, and identify opportunities for upgrades, replacements, and system improvements.

If you’re a technician who enjoys helping customers make smart, long-term decisions about their comfort - and you take pride in converting service calls into solutions - this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.
  • Perform thorough system evaluations to identify efficiency issues, safety concerns, and upgrade or replacement opportunities.
  • Present clear, honest, and professional recommendations to homeowners regarding repairs, upgrades, IAQ products, and new system options.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by educating customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and comfort solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure reliable and efficient system operation.
  • Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC components as needed.
  • Test electrical circuits and components to verify proper operation.
  • Accurately document all work performed, recommendations made, and outcomes.
  • Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards on every call.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to ensure smooth handoffs and exceptional customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of HVAC service experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with a solid technical foundation.
  • Sales-minded mindset - comfortable identifying and presenting upgrade and replacement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with homeowners.
  • EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and technology.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.

Apply today and take the next step in your HVAC career with Arctic Breeze.

Arctic Breeze is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All candidates must pass a comprehensive pre-employment screening upon hire, including a review of criminal and DMV history.
