Job description

About the company
Braintrust is the agent observability platform. By actively applying intelligence to agent traces and automatically surfacing the most critical patterns, Braintrust gives teams the visibility to understand how agents behave in production and the tools to improve them.
Teams at Notion, Stripe, Box, OpenAI, and Cloudflare use Braintrust to trace their agents, find the issues in their observability data, and run evals that tell them how to improve.
About the role

What you'll do
  • Research, identify, and reach out to prospects within targeted accounts through multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn).
  • Consistently deliver on established monthly meeting targets that will contribute to revenue growth.
  • Identify key decision makers and champions within new large enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and AI developments to better understand and engage with prospects.
Ideal candidate credentials
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
  • 1+ years in a sales or relevant role with a track record of success and high performance.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and building relationships with a technical audience.
  • A love for making an impact and working with a team to hit key goals and metrics.
Benefits include
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Daily lunch, snacks, and beverages
  • Flexible time off
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Wifi & cellphone stipend
