    Job Overview:
    As a Commercial Roofing Service Technician with Bone Dry Roofing, the technician role is a hands-on service position focused on repair excellence. This technician performs service calls, repair work, and diagnostic inspections while delivering dependable service in the field. At Bone Dry Roofing, we value integrity, accountability, and customer service, ensuring every technician represents our commitment to quality roofing work and long-term service relationships.
    Key Responsiblities
    • Complete roofing inspections, service calls, and repair tasks while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. 

    • Diagnose issues accurately, communicate findings clearly, and deliver consistent service results on every job. 

    • Ensure reliable service outcomes while supporting customer needs in the field.

    • Show strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver efficient service solutions under varying conditions.

    • Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations

    • Daily travel in the home market

    Requirements
    • 2+ years of commercial roofing experience 

    • Ability to perform service tasks at heights

    • Low-slope systems knowledge. 

    • Comfort climbing ladders and working at heights, 

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

    • Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

    • Ability to work overtime as needed

    • Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season

    Work Environment
    • This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites

    • Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.

    • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs. 

    • Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

    Driving
    Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
