Job description
Primarily Roles & Responsibilities
ย ย ย ย ย ย Manage all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction.ย Proactively anticipates and defuses potential customer and vendor problems related to freight, packaging and delivery.
ย ย ย ย ย ย Communicate internally and externally regarding transportation requirements.
ย ย ย ย ย ย Processes customer requests for industry compliance.ย Works with suppliers and Product Engineering to ensure that all necessary documents are received and customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
ย ย ย ย ย ย Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
ย ย ย ย ย Warehouse operations, inventory control, asset management.
ย ย ย ย ย ย Pull, stage, and QA orders for delivery.
ย ย ย ย ย ย Receive and put away all deliveries.
ย ย ย ย ย ย Goods receiving in SAP.
ย ย ย ย ย ย Manage all aspects of the material trackers including reporting
ย ย ย ย ย ย Resolve AP issues.
ย ย ย ย ย ย Tracking of all deliveries
ย ย ย ย ย ย Proficiency with SAP (or similar ERP system) and Microsoft Office applications
ย ย ย ย ย ย Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ย ย ย ย ย ย Ability to recommend and implement process improvements
ย ย ย ย ย ย Strong organizational skills
ย ย ย ย ย ย Ability to multi-task and prioritize within many different projectsย ย ย ย ย ย
ย ย ย ย ย ย Strong reporting skillsย

Education/Experience Requirements
ย ย ย ย ย ย Requirements:ย Bachelor's degree or equivalent
