BARD Material's Aggregate Production team is seeking an Aggregate Production Operator who will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading materials and supporting aggregate production operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate materials into trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles as directed

  • Utilize equipment in a manner that maximizes productivity and minimizes downtime

  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loader equipment

  • Report mechanical or maintenance issues promptly

  • Assist with other mobile plant equipment operations as needed

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

  • Abide by MSHA regulations as specified in the MSHA handbook

  • Follow directions and work collaboratively with the production team

Requirements - What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment preferred

  • Previous experience in aggregate production or open pit mining operations a plus

  • Ability to understand material flow and stockpile management

  • CDL License required
