Job Summary:
BARD Material's Aggregate Production team is seeking an Aggregate Production Operator who will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading materials and supporting aggregate production operations.Job Description:

- Act as ONE BARD!
- Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate materials into trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles as directed
- Utilize equipment in a manner that maximizes productivity and minimizes downtime
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loader equipment
- Report mechanical or maintenance issues promptly
- Assist with other mobile plant equipment operations as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Abide by MSHA regulations as specified in the MSHA handbook
- Follow directions and work collaboratively with the production team
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment preferred
- Previous experience in aggregate production or open pit mining operations a plus
- Ability to understand material flow and stockpile management
- CDL License required
