Kelly® is looking for a Customer Service and Inside Sales Coordinator to work at a leading industrial distribution organization in Waite Park, MN. Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Long term contract with potential for temporary to permanent!
 
What You'll Do
 
As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and helping ensure orders move smoothly from quote to delivery.
 
  • Preparing and processing customer quotes
  • Entering and managing customer orders
  • Following up on orders and providing status updates
  • Communicating with customers primarily through phone and email
  • Managing and responding to inquiries via email
  • Supporting inside sales activities and helping customers find the solutions they need
  • Building strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met
 
What We're Looking For
 
  • Customer service experience in an office environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable with Google search engine
  • Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or related industry is highly preferred
  • Order entry experience is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and customer requests
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
