    Job Title: Part-Time Sales Associate – Marian's Attic King of Prussia, PA

    Schedule: Part-time every other Saturday 9:30am to 4:30pm with some flexibility to fill in weekday hours. $14/hr

    Reports To: Marian's Attic Manager

    Position Summary: We're seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Marian's Attic. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting store operations, and promoting the mission of Laurel House.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner
    • Share information about the mission of Laurel House with customers
    • Operate cash register and reconcile cash drawer at shift end
    • Accept donations; provide donation receipts
    • Sort, tag, steam, and restock merchandise
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and donation area
    • Supervising shop volunteers in the absence of the Store Manager
    • Research value of donated items using internet tools
    • Work independently and multitask effectively

    Qualifications:

    • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not necessary.
    • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
    • Willingness to learn about clothing and accessory brands
    • Basic internet and computer skills
    • Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs unassisted
    • Must be reliable, punctual, and mission-driven
