    Role & Responsibilities
    We are looking for high-potential recent graduates (or individuals with 1-2 years of experience) to join our Management Trainee Program. This role is designed to cultivate future leaders and versatile professionals who can step in and support different business functions when needed.
    As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through various departments such as HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Operations, gaining hands-on experience and business insights. Over time, you'll develop the skills and knowledge to fill critical gaps within the company and contribute to its long-term success.
    Responsibilities:
    • Support and collaborate with various teams on diverse projects.
    • Analyze data, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency.
    • Take ownership of assignments and adapt quickly to new challenges.
    • Work closely with leadership to gain insights into business operations.
    • Learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    Qualifications:
    • A recent graduate (or have 1-2 years of experience) with a Bachelor's degree in any field (Finance, Business Administrative, Economy, HR...etc preferred).
    • Highly intelligent, adaptable, and eager to learn-you pick things up quickly.
    • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communicator and team player.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving company.

    • Job Type: Full-time, Onsite 100%
    • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hrs, flexible work hours on Weekends
    • Pay Range: $68,000 to $75,000
