Salary Range: $53.9900 - $77.79

Shift Differentials:

  • $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
  • $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
  • $2.50 extra for working weekends

Asante Three Rivers Medical Center (ATRMC) in Grants Pass is a community hospital that offers a wide range of high-quality medical care to residents of Southern Oregon. The 125-bed hospital combines the small hospital feel with the high-tech capabilities of a modern facility.

Position Summary

At Asante Three Rivers Medical Center, the RN’s in A/B Unit care for a combination of Medical and Cardiac patients. Nursing Station A/B has 32 beds which includes two psych hold rooms. The average census is 28-30.

Our goal is to provide superb health care in a compassionate manner. All patient rooms have ceiling patient lifts to assist in patient and staff safety. If you understand whole person caring, are committed to excellence, and empowered to streamline and improve operations, we want to talk to you!

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
  • Crisis Intervention Training preferred

Experience

  • Experience in an acute patient care environment

Licensure/Certifications

  • RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
  • BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start

Preferred Certifications

  • CMSRN: Certified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse by Medical Surgical Nursing Certification Board
  • WCC: Wound Care Certification by National Alliance of Wound Care & Ostomy
