Summary
We are seeking a Technology Product Manager as part of our Finance platform, with a focus on Argus and property forecasting. The product is critical to the work of the FP&A team, and is a core element of our Finance platform.
The Product Manager will be a key member of the Argus implementation team, leading technical integration workstreams. After implementation, the Product Manager, in partnership with functional leaders and subject matter experts in FP&A will be responsible for the success of the Argus product in the Link environment. The Product Manager will also have the opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders and lead initiatives for adoption and transformation of the product and larger Finance platform.

Summary
We are seeking a Technology Product Manager as part of our Finance platform, with a focus on Argus and property forecasting. The product is critical to the work of the FP&A team, and is a core element of our Finance platform.

What you'll be doing
Product Management
- Manage the product strategy and roadmap, in partnership with the vendor and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial planning and analysis team, with specific focus on property NOI forecasting
- Manage the product as part of a larger ecosystem of applications in the Finance Platform and the larger Link technology platform.
- Engage with business stakeholders to create and manage a demand management process to analyze, prioritize, and deliver on business requests
- Define and manage OKRs that build confidence in the platform and ensure the platform meets the needs and goals of the business
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with functional leaders as their trusted advisor
- Build user communities that provide a continuous feedback loop that advances the platform as business needs evolve
- Maintain collaborative relationships with the Link Technology and Data teams
- Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors that challenge them to deliver world-class service for Link
Project Delivery
- Develop business cases, user requirements, and project charters
- Manage processes to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources across
- Create and manage processes for testing, release management, and change control
- Manage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT management
Technology Operations
- Manage application infrastructure services from internal and external providers
- Manage integrations with Link and external products and platforms
- Develop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceed operational expectations
Skills we're seeking
- 5+ years of experience with Product Management
- 3+ years of experience working with financial systems, ideally as a Product Manager or Business Analyst
- Argus Financial Software
- SaaS experience
- Experience working with customer success teams
- Real estate experience
