What We're Looking For:Â
We value enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. We welcome candidates with 8-15 years of professional experience who are eager to grow in a supportive environment.Â
What You'll Do:
- Lead design and development of electrical systems for solar and battery storage projectsÂ
- Conducting feasibility studies, power system modeling, and electrical calculationsÂ
- Creating and reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentationÂ
- Analyze designs to ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and NERC standardsÂ
- Stamping engineering drawings.Â
- Providing mentorship and leading teams. Â
- Contributing technical expertise to business development and proposalsÂ
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited institutionÂ
- PE LicensureÂ
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Electrical EngineeringÂ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Â
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainabilityÂ
- Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportationÂ
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as neededÂ
Nice-to-Haves:
- MS in Electrical EngineeringÂ
- Internship or project experience in power systems or renewablesÂ
- Involvement in student/professional engineering societiesÂ
- Experience with electrical design or consultingÂ
