What You'll Do

As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care by:

  • Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures
  • Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment for patient visits
  • Completing patient intake documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Taking and processing dental X-rays
  • Performing coronal polishing and sealant procedures within scope of practice
  • Sterilizing and organizing dental instruments and equipment
  • Supporting smooth clinic operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Creating a positive, welcoming experience for patients of all ages
Position DetailsSchedule
  • Primary Shift: 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
  • Must be available to work closing shifts (10:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM) one to two times per week
  • Monday through Friday
  • Must be available to work 1โ€“2 Saturdays per month
  • 40 hours per week

Required QualificationsLicenses & Certifications
  • California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
  • Coronal Polishing License
  • Sealant License
  • Dental X-Ray License
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
Experience
  • Minimum 6 months of Dental Assistant experience within the past year (required)
  • At least 2 years of RDA experience preferred
Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual candidates are highly valued:
    • Spanish
    • Farsi
    • Vietnamese
    • Mandarin

  • Attendance is required
