School Psychologist

? Contract Length: 36 Weeks
?? Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
?? Pay Rate: Up to $85/hour
?? Interview: Virtual

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support students in a Pre-K educational setting in Lewisville, Ohio. This role focuses on evaluating, counseling, and supporting students with mental health, behavioral, and developmental needs while assisting in the qualification process for special education and related support services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments
  • Support students with behavioral, social, emotional, and developmental needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and support staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and special education planning
  • Provide recommendations and interventions to support student success
  • Maintain compliance with state, district, and professional practice standards
Requirements

? Current Ohio School Psychologist License
? Experience as a School Psychologist required
? Master's Degree in Psychology preferred
? Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations preferred
? Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements
? Must be at least 18 years of age

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Must maintain current State licensures and/or certifications in state of assignment 
  • Experience in pediatric and adolescent population is preferred 
  • Master’s degree in psychology preferred 
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
  • Current CPR if applicable 
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
