We are seeking a highly autonomous and proactive Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives in the digital media and publishing space. You will act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, establishing scalable project management processes within our matrix organization. You are not just managing timelines; you are overseeing the health of our infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance, and driving our SDLC and DevOps maturity. What You'll Do
Execute & Deliver: Lead end-to-end technology projects, ensuring release readiness through rigorous QA and testing governance.
Define Processes: Establish and mature project management frameworks in a forming environment to ensure consistency and speed.
Technical Oversight: Manage the intersection of architecture, security, and infrastructure (Cloud, scalability, cost optimization) while maintaining a focus on DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
Governance & Compliance: Take ownership of security fundamentals, risk assessments, and remediation plans.
Influence & Lead: Navigate our matrix organization to foster collaboration, build trust, and align diverse stakeholders under shared goals.
Who You Are
Technical Leader: You bring 5+ years of direct PM experience with a deep understanding of infrastructure, security architecture, and software development lifecycles.
Pragmatic & Data-Driven: You use sound judgment and metrics to solve problems, mitigate risks, and optimize processes.
Excellent Communicator: You can adapt your messaging to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders effortlessly.
Entrepreneurial: You have a strong bias toward action and the autonomy to drive projects forward without constant supervision.
EQ-Driven: You possess the emotional intelligence to lead through influence, empathy, and effective relationship building.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years managing technology projects in digital media/publishing.
Tooling: Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
Governance: Experience in QA/Testing governance (UAT, defect lifecycle) and risk management.
