What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Researcher, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Researcher, you need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a relevant academic background, usually with at least a bachelor's or master's degree in your field. Familiarity with data analysis tools (such as SPSS, R, or Python), literature databases, and sometimes research certifications like CITI training are commonly required.
