Health Policy & Management - AI Content Specialist
Your public health expertise is more valuable than ever â and not just in the clinic or the policy room. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer, and more accurate AI models. We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) professionals to help ensure AI gets health right.
This is a rare opportunity to apply your epidemiology, biostatistics, and health policy knowledge to one of the most consequential technology challenges of our time: making AI a trustworthy source of health information.

What You'll Do
- Design Complex Health Scenarios â Create advanced public health challenges involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials to rigorously test AI reasoning.
- Author Ground-Truth Responses â Write rigorous, step-by-step solutions that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines from authoritative sources like CDC and WHO.
- Audit AI Outputs â Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for factual accuracy, logical consistency, bias, and adherence to ethical standards. Identify gaps and misinformation in AI health reasoning.
- Refine AI Reasoning â Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks accurately, and serve diverse populations equitably.

- Advanced Degree Holder â You hold an MPH, MSPH, or closely related graduate degree in a public health discipline.
