Financial Operations Analyst
Full Time • Las Vegas, NV

Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 per year + performance-based bonus
About the Role
Max Capital is hiring a Financial Operations Analyst to support financial operations across multiple entities. This role focuses on tracking financial activity, maintaining accuracy, and supporting forecasting and long-term planning.
This is an active, analytical role for someone who can think critically and contribute to financial decision-making.
What You’ll Do
  •  Track incoming and outgoing funds across multiple entities. 
  •  Maintain accurate financial records and reporting. 
  •  Support budgeting and forecasting efforts. 
  •  Assist with financial modeling and projections. 
  •  Ensure accuracy and accountability in financial processes. 
  •  Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information. 
What We’re Looking For
  •  Experience or education in finance, accounting, or a related field. 
  •  Experience with financial reporting or analysis. 
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  •  High attention to detail. 
  •  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation.
