    Job description

    • Work in the New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering team which drives Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment
    • Actively drive and influence designs of new products (HW and test SW)
    • Qualify changes both in NPI phase and production and manage the roll out to the whole supply chain
    • Manage product changes for manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction and quality improvements
    • Support manufacturing of existing electronic hardware products of the V93000 IC tester
    • Define and monitor manufacturing metrics to monitor quality, analyze root causes in case of issues and define corrective actions with the objective to constantly fulfill Advantest customer demand
    • Work closely with Advantest contract manufacturers and Advantest development, supply chain and product marketing teams in a very international environment.
