Job description

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• AI-Enhanced Verification: Develop and refine ML/AI-driven strategies to automate specification analysis, RTL/Testbench generation, and intelligent debug cycles.
• Agentic Frameworks: Build and deploy sophisticated AI Agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to bridge the gap between LLMs and internal engineering tools.
• Modern Dev Environment: Architect and maintain high-performance development setups utilizing AI-native IDEs and extensions.
• Software Design: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for verification infrastructure, data mining, and internal web frameworks.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy AI-driven tools across cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) and integrate them into automated CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Education: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to explore new technologies that can improve engineering workflows and productivity.
• Curious, forward-thinking engineer with a passion for applying AI/ML technologies to complex engineering problems.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and work across multi-site engineering teams.

Preferred:
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or Object-Oriented Perl.
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), databases, and web frameworks.
• Familiarity with hardware description and verification languages such as SystemVerilog, UVM, and Assertions.
• Knowledge of deploying tools in AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI.
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Competency with Git or Perforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex AI methodologies clearly to diverse teams.
