Job description

Job Summary:
Activision is headquartered in Santa Monica, California, and is known for creating iconic gaming brands. They are seeking a Senior Analyst – Marketing Analytics to work with studio partners, focusing on using analytics to drive user acquisition and product marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Work with mobile marketing and product managers to identify and apply analytics that support user acquisition and retention goals for UA managers and GTM stakeholders.
• Partner with product managers, UA managers, and analytics engineers to implement tracking, send signals to marketing vendors, build dashboards and reports, and conduct deep-dive analyses.
• Collaborate with user acquisition teams to refine targeting, strengthen signals, answer and resolve attribution questions and develop new tactics and strategies across digital marketing platforms (for example, SRNs and CAPI).
• Present marketing analytics insights and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
Required:
• BA/BS degree required with a technical focus (e.g. data science, statistics, mathematics) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics-related work.
• Experience working with business partners to create and communicate strategic, actionable takeaways, provide solutions, and expose areas of improvement.
• Deep technical skills using SQL to generate data sets - familiarity working in a notebook-based workflow is a plus.
