Accurate Logistics is seeking an Office Manager for overseeing the daily administrative operations. This role ensures efficient office management, supports dispatch and customer service teams, maintains accurate records, coordinates with drivers, and helps keep business operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include but not limited to

• Manage the daily operations of the office and administrative staff.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely deliveries and effective communication.
• Maintain delivery schedules, customer records, invoices, and company files.
• Prepare billing, invoices, payroll information, and other financial documentation.
• Monitor office supplies and order inventory as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
• Prepare reports on delivery performance, office productivity, and operational metrics.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and organize company documents.
• Support management with administrative projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years of office management or administrative experience.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or delivery services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of A/R, A/P, invoicing, and payroll processes.
