Accurate Courier Express, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations & Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, inventory management, and warehouse efficiency. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth logistics, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate and oversee other hubs operations
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, making improvements where needed
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams

Warehouse Management

• Supervise receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution processes
• Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular audits
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for efficiency
• Manage shipping and receiving schedules

Team Leadership

• Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff
• Set performance goals and conduct evaluations
• Foster a safe, organized, and productive work environment

Logistics & Supply Chain

• Coordinate transportation, shipping, and delivery schedules
• Work with vendors and carriers to ensure timely deliveries
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain OSHA and workplace safety standards
• Conduct safety training and audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in operations or warehouse management
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Able to operate manual/electric pallet jacks and forklifts

Preferred Skills

• Experience with process improvement
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to multi-task
  

Working Conditions

• May require lifting to 50lbs
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment (standing, walking, etc.)
• Occasional travel to other hubs
