About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Experience Representative to join our team at Absolute Recomp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our facility during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and secure the facility during overnight hours

Greet and assist members with any inquiries or concerns

Handle member check-ins and sign-ups

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility

Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may arise

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience

Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills

Must be able to work overnight hours
