We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Experience Representative to join our team at Absolute Recomp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our facility during the overnight hours.

Absolute Recomp has been a trusted fitness and wellness center in North Richland Hills for over 10 years. We are dedicated to providing our members with top-notch facilities and exceptional customer service. Our team is passionate about helping our members achieve their fitness goals and creating a positive and welcoming environment for all.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Experience Representative to join our team at Absolute Recomp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our facility during the overnight hours.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure the facility during overnight hours
- Greet and assist members with any inquiries or concerns
- Handle member check-ins and sign-ups
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may arise
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to work overnight hours
