Responsibilities:
  • Develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options and optimizing performance.
  • Assist in project execution and account for developmental activities.
  • Interpret and develop application, feature, and component designs.

  • Validate results with user representatives and integrate solutions.
  • Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality while enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Influence and improve team engagement and set FAST goals.
  • Manage project modules, complex user stories, and defect trends.

  • Interface with customers, clarify requirements, and conduct product demos.
  • Mentor team members, manage team dynamics, and identify retention strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software modules.
  • Experience with functional & technical designing, DBMS, and operating systems.
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing teams and mentoring team members.
Preferences:
  • Relevant domain and technology certifications.
  • Experience with IDE, RAD, and modeling technologies.
  • Knowledge of customer domain and sub-domain problem-solving.
